RSB Automotive Consulting is seeking SAP Specialists across various disciplines for a range of SAP projects with our German client, including—but not limited to—SAP S/4HANA migrations, Credit Management configurations, SAP BW/4HANA customizations, and specialized ABAP development. These roles span diverse SAP fields, from data migration and system conversions to customized SAP module configurations.

Key Responsibilities (depending on the project)

SAP S/4HANA Implementation & MES Integration:

• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and integrate it with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) landscapes, covering logistics, production, and related operational areas.
• Take full responsibility for planning, directing, and monitoring SAP projects, ensuring goals are met on budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, maintaining accountability for project success.
• Oversee change management processes, ensuring effective project communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver second- and third-level support for end-users and perform situational customizations within relevant SAP modules.

SAP HANA Migration & Data Management:

• Execute system conversions from ECC 6.0 to SAP HANA, ensuring that configurations, historical data, and required adjustments are retained throughout the migration.
• Utilize tools such as SAP HANA Migration Cockpit (MC) or Rapid Data Migration (RDM) to streamline data migration.
• Conduct thorough data validation and testing post-migration to ensure accuracy and reliability of the migrated data.

SAP Credit Management & FIN_FSCM_CR Implementation:

• Configure and activate SAP Credit Management within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Ensure that credit handling processes are automated and optimized for accuracy, reducing manual intervention and potential for error.

SAP ICM & SPM Adjustments:

• Analyze, document, and adjust configurations within SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) and SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM).
• Design technical solutions to support error-free, automated payout processes, minimizing operational risks.
• Develop and modify ABAP programs as needed to support ICM and SPM adjustments.

SAP BW System Development and Support:

• Customize and enhance SAP BW applications to support advanced reporting and data analysis.
• Manage ongoing operations, administration, and continuous improvement of SAP BW systems.
• Implement SAP Notes, resolve 2nd-level support requests, and address any non-standard code issues that arise.
• Participate actively in agile workflows, contributing to system upgrades and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications:

• SAP HANA & Data Migration: Strong expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA migrations, with hands-on experience in FIN_FSCM_CR (Credit Management).
• Data Management Tools: Proficiency with SAP HANA Migration Cockpit (MC) or Rapid Data Migration (RDM) for efficient data handling and transfer.
• SAP Development: Advanced skills in ABAP and SQL scripting, particularly for custom reporting solutions and data extractor programming.
• SAP BW Expertise: Practical experience in SAP BW modeling, reporting, and ODP extractor programming, along with specialized knowledge in native HANA modeling.
• Cross-Module Expertise & Customization: Extensive cross-module/application knowledge in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly in modules such as SD, PP, PM, QM, and MM, with the ability to perform situational customizations.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing SAP projects within industrial environments, with formal project management training and knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Training & Support: Capable of designing and delivering training sessions for project teams and end-users, along with managing incident and service requests in SAP BW.
• Problem-Solving and Support: Skilled in system monitoring, performance optimization, and SAP Housekeeping to ensure operational stability and efficiency.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within agile, cross-functional teams.
