Job Opportunity: Product Architect – Ultrasonic Products

At RSB Automotive Consulting, we specialize in automotive contracts, collaborating with industry-leading OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 companies. With operations in Poland, Austria, Germany, Sweden, and recently expanded to the United States, we deliver end-to-end solutions across the V-model – from requirements and system engineering to implementation, testing, and validation.

We are currently seeking a Product Architect for one of our German Tier 2 clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work on ultrasonic products with cutting-edge semiconductor technologies in a remote work mode.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Product Architecture: Lead the development of ultrasonic products, focusing on IC components, MOSFETs, microcontrollers (uC), and chip-level design.
• Semiconductor Expertise: Define and manage requirements at the semiconductor level, ensuring optimal integration and performance.
• Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Technical Planning: Oversee project planning, from concept through implementation, testing, and validation.
• Customer Alignment: Ensure technical and strategic alignment with automotive clients to meet product requirements and performance benchmarks.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product development, ideally in the automotive or semiconductor industry.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in ultrasonic technologies, IC design, MOSFETs, and uC integration. Knowledge of requirement management tools (e.g., Polarion, Jama, Doors) and familiarity with the V-model development process.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team coordination abilities, and excellent communication skills in English.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt and thrive in an international and innovative environment.
