RSB Automotive Consulting is hiring: Senior HiL Test Engineer – Body Control Module (BCM) Projects

📍 Location: Czech Republic

We are currently supporting one of our international partner in the search for a skilled Senior HiL Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in dSPACE and National Instruments platforms. The role involves working on advanced Body Control Module (BCM) systems in an R&D environment.

🔧 Scope of work

- Preparing and configuring HiL environments using dSPACE and NI hardware for validation of BCM features.

- Building simulation models and test setups with MATLAB/Simulink, NI VeriStand, and dSPACE ConfigurationDesk.

- Developing automated test cases with tools such as ECU-TEST, Python, or TestStand.

- Performing both manual and automated verification of system functionalities.

- Diagnosing issues on the test bench and ensuring its availability for testing activities.

- Participating in various types of testing including functional, integration, regression, and fault injection.

- Preparing documentation for test design and results.

🛠 Tools & Technologies

- HiL platforms: dSPACE SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox, NI PXI

- Simulation and configuration: Simulink, ConfigurationDesk, ControlDesk, VeriStand

- Test automation: ECU-TEST, Python, TestStand

- Network protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay

- Support tools: CANoe, CAPL, CANalyzer, Jira, IBM DOORS, Git, SVN
