We’re looking for an experienced recruiter for one of our clients in the automotive industry. Someone who knows automotive recruitment inside out – who can tell the difference between a software engineer and a test engineer, or supply chain and production roles without breaking a sweat.

We need a pro who can step into our client’s team and get going right away. You’ll represent the client and take charge of international recruitment, running the process from A to Z: from understanding business needs, through sourcing and interviews, all the way to offers and contracts.

Our client is a global leader in mobility, providing innovative technologies for more sustainable, safer, and more connected mobility. 

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment across different regions and markets.

• Partner with hiring managers to capture hiring needs and design recruitment strategies.

• Source talent directly and build candidate pipelines.

• Conduct interviews and manage candidate assessments.

• Coordinate the full process up to offers and contracts.

• Ensure smooth communication with both candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the automotive sector.

• Good knowledge of the industry (R&D and Engineering, Software & IT, Production & Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics,Commercial & Support Functions)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the process.

• Excellent English skills (spoken and written) for international recruitment.

• Familiarity with sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
