For one of our long-term partners - an international production company located in the Lublin area - we are currently looking for an experienced Packaging Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a long-term position offering stability, professional development, and the opportunity to work on global packaging projects with modern technologies.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and implement packaging solutions that meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

• Design, test, and approve packaging for internal and customer use.

• Create and manage packaging documentation and parameters in ERP/MRP systems (PICS, SAP).

• Collaborate with production, quality, and purchasing departments to improve packaging efficiency and material use.

• Prepare cost reports and define optimal stock levels for non-returnable packaging.

• Communicate with customers regarding packaging specifications, documentation, and technical updates.

• Monitor market trends and apply innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging concepts.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Product Design, or a related engineering field.

• At least 3 years of experience in packaging design and development.

• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and design standards.

• Understanding of sustainability principles and manufacturing processes.

• Experience with CAD tools (specific tool to be defined).

• ERP experience (SAP preferred).

• ESD/EMC awareness.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).
  

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing.

• Knowledge of packaging automation and robotics.

• Familiarity with packaging-related software.

• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
