We are looking for an experienced AUTOSAR HSM Security Engineer to support the further development of safety-critical ECUs. You will work at the intersection of embedded software, cryptography, and automotive cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate and configure AUTOSAR Classic Crypto Stack (CSM, CryIf, Crypto Drivers)

• Map cryptographic services to AURIX HSM hardware accelerators

• Configure and integrate SecOC, E2E protection, secure diagnostics, and secure boot

• Develop and integrate HSM firmware on AURIX TC49x/TC46x

• Configure secure boot, firmware authentication, secure flashing, and anti-rollback mechanisms

• Configure keyslots, key wrapping, key derivation, and secure NVM storage

• Configure and optimize hardware crypto accelerators (AES, CMAC, GMAC, ECC, SHA)

• Develop embedded C software following MISRA guidelines

• Integrate MCAL drivers and HSM access mechanisms in multi-core TriCore architecture

• Perform timing analysis and optimize crypto job scheduling under real-time constraints

• Troubleshoot HSM communication, memory protection, and access control issues

• Support validation of secure boot, SecOC, and HSM functionality

• Support penetration testing and remediation of cybersecurity findings

• Ensure alignment with ISO 21434 requirements

Requirements:

• Strong experience with AUTOSAR Classic (Crypto Stack, SecOC, BSW integration)

• Hands-on experience with HSM configuration and integration

• Excellent knowledge of Infineon AURIX™ TC49x / Infineon AURIX™ TC46x architecture

• Experience with multi-core TriCore systems and MPU/PPU memory protection

• Strong C programming skills in embedded real-time systems

• Experience with MCAL integration

• Knowledge of automotive cryptographic algorithms (AES, CMAC, GMAC, ECC P-256/P-384, SHA-256/384)

• Understanding of secure key storage and derivation concepts

• Experience with Vector DaVinci Classic or EB Tresos

• Experience with Infineon MemTool and HSM KeyLoader

• Familiarity with secure boot toolchains

• Working knowledge of ISO 21434
