Manual QA Engineer / Test Engineer – Automotive (EV Projects)

For one of our clients from the automotive industry, we are looking for a Manual QA Engineer / Test Engineer to support an electric vehicle development project.

The project focuses on testing automotive modules for electric vehicles, where hands-on verification and interaction with physical prototypes are a key part of the work. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in a real automotive development environment and contribute to the quality of future EV solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Performing manual tests on automotive modules and prototypes

• Executing test scenarios and reporting identified issues

• Verifying functionality and quality of developed solutions

• Documenting test results and supporting the development team with feedback

• Collaborating with engineers and project stakeholders on-site

Requirements:

• Initial experience in manual testing / QA / validation (automotive experience is a plus)

• Interest in automotive technologies and electric vehicles

• Ability to work with test procedures, documentation, and reporting

• Attention to detail and a structured approach to testing

• Willingness to work fully on-site in the Berlin area for the duration of the project

• Good communication skills in English (German is an advantage)

Nice to have:

• Experience with automotive systems, ECUs, modules, or vehicle testing

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and defect reporting tools

• Previous experience working with prototypes or hardware testing
