🚗 Software Project Manager – Power Electronics (DCDC) | Remote with Travel | Germany

RSB Automotive Consulting is looking for a Software Project Manager for one of our long-term trusted German clients in the automotive industry. This role offers a primarily remote working arrangement with regular business trips to the client’s sites.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead and manage software development projects for DCDC converters

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

- Act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and customers

- Ensure alignment of project goals with software architecture and AUTOSAR standards

What you bring:

- Proven experience in software project management

- Background in embedded software programming

- Solid understanding of power electronics and related automotive systems

- Knowledge of AUTOSAR and software architecture is a strong advantage

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment

- English – must have, German – a big plus
