Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help scale our growing OEM business, with the flexibility to take on Key Account Management responsibilities if needed. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in OEM sales, preferably within the lighting or electronics sector.
Our client is a leading global supplier in the automotive and industrial sectors, specializing in advanced electronic solutions. They focus on providing innovative lighting and electronics systems to their OEM partners, offering high-quality products designed to meet the specific needs of the automotive market. With a strong commitment to innovation and quality, they are positioned as a trusted partner for top-tier automotive manufacturers.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the OEM sector, with a focus on lighting and electronics
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients to secure new accounts
- Developing strategies to expand the company’s presence in the OEM market
- Taking ownership of key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing opportunities within these accounts
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to the clients’ needs and ensuring successful project implementation
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the lighting and electronics sectors
- Analyzing customer needs and providing insights to shape product offerings and business strategies
- Working closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company capabilities
- Providing feedback from clients to enhance product and service offerings
Key Requirements:
- Corporate sales experience
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills
- Excellent command of English
- German language is a plus
- Based in Poland or other EU location
