Assembly Process Engineer
We are looking for a Assembly Process Engineer to join an exciting project for one of our clients!
We are seeking a Final Assembly Process Engineer, who will be responsible for designing, improving, and overseeing the production processes of electronic devices to increase efficiency, lower costs, and maintain compliance with established standards.
This professional’s duties include data evaluation, risk management, employee training, and the deployment of modern technological solutions to refine manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
- Optimize production processes by analyzing and adjusting process parameters
- Prepare and update technological documentation (work instructions, parameter sheets, visual aids, etc.)
- Examine micro-downtime on assembly machines
- Track assembly line efficiency – OEE
- Perform PFMEA to assess possible failures and their impact
- Investigate component/product rejections on production lines and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver solutions for ongoing quality and efficiency improvements, shorten process cycles, reduce material and tool usage, and limit production waste
- Collaborate with process engineering team members to define performance standards and with the quality department to address quality concerns
- Create and implement operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent production quality
- Identify and manage risks within production processes, including potential machine failures
- Oversee production schedules and monitor budget compliance
- Introduce new products and technologies
- Train personnel in the correct production process execution
- Provide support for lamp assembly, metallization, and painting operations
Requirements
- Technical or engineering degree in electronics, technology, mechanics, or a related discipline
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting; automotive background is a plus
- Familiarity with modern electronic technologies and solutions
- Very good English level
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
