We’re hiring: Android Automotive Lead Engineer (AAOS)
📍 Remote-first | Occasional travel to Berlin 

Join an exciting project focused on low-level Android Automotive OS (AAOS) development for a next-gen SoC platform. We’re looking for a strong communicator who can bridge deep technical know-how with clear architectural thinking.

💡 What you'll do

• Adapt and integrate AAOS on a new SoC (not app-level work)

• Bring up Android system services and optimize boot time

• Develop and maintain core system components

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues

• Act as a technical advisor for AAOS customization and configuration

• Communicate architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

🔧 Tech stack

• C++

• Java and/or Kotlin

• Python

✅ What we’re looking for

• Solid experience with low-level Android system development

• Strong understanding of Android architecture (from HAL to system services)

• Excellent communication skills – you’ll work with both senior management and engineering teams

• English (min. B2)
