C++ Developer (RTOS)
We’re assembling a dedicated team of 5–6 engineers who will work on the development of an open-source application for use in aviation systems, based on VxWorks.

We’re building a development team – and we’d like you to be part of it.
We’re currently looking for an experienced C++ Developer with a strong background in RTOS-based systems to join a new embedded software project scheduled to start in August 2025.
You won’t be stepping into something finished — instead, you’ll be part of shaping the foundation. We’re assembling a dedicated team of 5–6 engineers who will work on the development of an open-source application for use in aviation systems, based on VxWorks.
What you’ll do:
Design and develop an open-source software application used in the context of rotorcraft systems
Work hands-on with VxWorks RTOS in a real-time environment
Collaborate closely with a distributed development team (5–6 people)
Participate in code reviews, testing, and system-level integration
Contribute to overall software architecture and technical documentation
What we’re looking for:
Strong skills in modern C++ development
Hands-on experience with RTOS, ideally VxWorks
Previous involvement in embedded systems or safety-critical environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated team
Fluent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required)
